Yummy Wheat-Free Grain Free Pizza Crust

(Pics To Come)

Servings: 1 small pizza

3 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup whole milk or coconut milk
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour, Sifted
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning Or Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil

First step: make sure you will enjoy! And if you want a family meal make the recipe double for a full dinner! Because two small pizzas = a large pizza! Tip: If you want bread just don't add tomato sauce
and other toppings and don't cook it the extra 5-10 mins (only if not cooked fully)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl. Mix in milk.

Add coconut flour, baking powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and dried basil
(Make sure that you don't add garlic, that will come later)

Then mix them together, and put the dough on a pan. (Must have spread thinly and evenly on a pizza pan or with parchment paper (parchment paper is a must!)  (It sticks very bad!)

Cook for 15-20 mins in preheated oven. While cooking sprinkle on the 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder.(or cut garlic)(crust is done when fully cooked through and bottom edges begin to brown)

Remove crust from oven and turn over the crust. Carefully peel parchment paper from the bottom of the crust and place crust back on parchment paper with carefulness.

Top your pizza with sauce and add whatever you want. Bake for another 5-10 minutes, depending on the toppings.
